Really great new Italian spot off the beaten path. Service was on point, food was incredible. Minestrone, bolognese and tiramisu was all really spectacular. This spot is going into the rotation.

Had a variety of entrees from pork chop to three different pasta dishes and would recommend them all. Drinks, salads were also good. Prompt, friendly service. No complaints.

Olivia’s has only been open a few weeks. It’s clearly a family owned spot with a focus on making great food. Our beet salad, prosciutto with artichokes, rigatoni alla vodka and fettuccine carbonara were delicious! Leftovers made a great lunch.
I expect they’ll fine tune the pace of service and enhance the decor as they mature and become profitable.
Give Olivia’s a try next time you want a night out or away from the stove!!

Tonight we dined at Olivia’s and it was fantastic! Our food was absolutely delicious and made with the freshest ingredients! Their linguini carbonara is amazing! The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be going back!

Three of us went out on a Friday night about 8pm. Ordered chicken parmesan, lobster ravioli, and mushroom risotto. Food was absolutely outstanding. Flavors were excellent and pasta was very fresh.
There are not many restaurants in the area that offer such an authentic taste to their menu. I would expect great things in their future.
The owner thanked us after dinner. We didn't realize they had only opened only 2 weeks earlier. Great place to eat and experience. 5 stars.

A new delicious and beautiful styled Italian restaurant in the Gurnee area. A great date spot to experience with your mate. A full bar with many options to choose from. For my first meal, I chose Pollo Parmesano. After that first bite, i felt a rush of the 1000s of years of Italian cuisine experience flash before me. I don't even dare to describe it, but i'd hate you never did come and feel that taste. Ended on a nice dessert of double scoop of lemon sorbet. I rarely ever get dessert but I barely ever see a place offering lemon sorbet. And I was just impressed with the entire experience. Will be back soon.
